The Proposals View is a dynamic web page showing general proposal info with a built-in filter panel. While Observers can access all proposal details, PIs are restricted to their own. By default, the page loads data from the most recent semester.

Observing Runs are retrieved from the archive and presented in a tabular format. The view displays general information regarding runs and targets, including observing priorities and target observability for the selected semester. Additionally, the mean hourly airmass is calculated monthly for each target. This tool is designed to identify optimal observation windows that satisfy the specific proposal constraints.
